Refund policy

Every item in our online store is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item? Email ellen@bombshellbeer.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Claims received after 14 days can't be accepted.

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us right away. Once an order goes into production, we can't change it.
